We started Rekinza two years back to solve the closet woes faced by millions of people around India. Thank you so much for being a part of our incredible journey and proving that your closet and style has value. During this time we have had the opportunity to sell over 10,000 of your exquisite pre-owned products and have been proud to have helped our sellers earn over Rs.20 lakh.
Unfortunately, it is time to say goodbye. Despite our best efforts to provide you with a dedicated space to sell your pre-owned fashion, we feel that this concept is still a few years away from reaching a level of maturity where it can be a sustainable business. It has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with you and to have introduced the concept of buying and selling pre-owned fashion in India.
The Rekinza website will close on 31st March 2017. Some of you may still have a few questions, so we’ve tried to address most of them below. Please note that all of our operations and support will cease on March 31st, 2017.
I made a purchase recently and haven’t received it. Is it still on its way?
All orders will be shipped by March 10th, 2017, and can be tracked using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
Note that all orders placed since October 1st, 2016 are final sale, and no refunds will be offered.
I sent a return recently. Will it still be processed?
All pending returns have been processed by us already. Note that all orders placed since October 1st, 2016 are final sale, and no refunds will be offered.
I have unsold items in the Rekinza Warehouse. What happens to them?
All unsold items can be donated on your behalf or returned to you. In case you want your unsold items to be returned please send us a request at email@example.com and your items will be sent back to you within 2-3 weeks. Rekinza will not be responsible for sellers items who do not send a written return/ donate preference to us by March 26th, 2017,
I still have Kinza Cash. What happens to it?
If you have Kinza Cash balance, you can log into your Rekinza account and request for a cashout. Please note that all cash out requests must be received by 31st March 2017. Rekinza will not be able to honour any requests after this date.
I still have questions. Can I email or call you?
We are unable to offer support via phone or social media. We will be responding to urgent email support enquiries through March 31st, 2017.
